Mr Arnold has extensive experience in the areas of international supply, product sales and distribution, logistics and supply chain. He is the founder of Stealth Global Holdings.
His previous positions include Executive Director/Chief Operating Officer of ADG Global Supply (ASX listed entity) until June 2013, where he was responsible for developing business strategy, global infrastructure, business development, operational capabilities and leading growth from $32m to $83m within two years from 2010-2012.
Previous to this he was the Chief Executive Officer of Lakewood Logistics for nine years (a joint venture company held between Australia Post and Michael) and at the same time held the role of Group General Manager of SWADS (2004-2006), one of Australia’s then largest privately-owned logistics companies that was later sold to Australia Post. Collectively Lakewood and SWADS produced a combined turnover of $102m.
Mr Arnold is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Mr Cruskall has nearly 20 years of management experience across public and private sector organisations including in national, general manager, chief executive officer and board level roles. He is a specialist in industrial, mining and construction products, distribution, manufacturing, and consumer sectors both domestically and internationally.
Most recently Mr Cruskall held the role of chief executive officer of a privately held Australian manufacturing and product distribution group, and seven years as non-executive director and chairman of a privately held international building products organisation based in China.
Mr Cruskall has completed an MBA from Curtin University, and holds qualifications in retail, sales and marketing.
Mr Boland has over 17 years of management experience within or advising ASX listed companies across a broad range of industries including automotive retail, logistics and distribution, mining services and FMCG. He has wide ranging experience in the areas of financial reporting, financial analysis, corporate governance, risk management, strategy, M&A and capital markets, supported by formal qualifications as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary.
Previous roles include Group Financial Controller of Automotive Holdings Group Limited (ASX: AHG) and Associate Director at BDO Australia (Perth).
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and Ireland and a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
Mr Barbaro is the Managing Director of Heatley Sales and has been with the business for 30 years, working his way from store person to his current position. (With three years away from the business in 2011 to 2013).
Mr Barbaro has an intimate understanding of the industrial and safety consumable supply industry and has worked in all aspects of the business, which has given him a vast understanding of the company and the industry in which it operates.
He has been an integral part of a number of acquisitions and integration acquired by Heatley Sales and also in the sale to AMP Capital in 2005.
Mr Podgorski has over 8 years of experience leading business systems architecture innovation in large energy and industrial organisations. He has a wide range of experience in the areas of corporate cyber security, IT strategy, IT governance, business intelligence and business process improvement.
Mr Podgorski’s previous positions held were Business Systems & Services Solution Architect at EDL (formally part of ASX200 listed DUET Group), and Business Improvement Manager at a privately held Australian manufacturing and product distribution group.
Mr Podgorski holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) from Curtin University.
Mr Sherwood has over 25 years’ experience in global supply chain, procurement and project management, in both commercial and consulting roles.
He has worked in Australia and the UK in management positions with Microsoft, Australia Post and Toll Group. Adam was a key member of the supply chain strategy, development and rollout team at Microsoft for the launch of Xbox in Australia and New Zealand and has significant experience in products distribution. He has since focused on international trade and logistics and has extensive knowledge of trading in West Africa.
Adam has a master’s in management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management specialising in strategic development, sustainability and change management.
Mr Rossiter is an experienced finance executive, with over 15 years in senior finance roles. His industry experience is broad, ranging mining and mining services, retail, wholesale, fast-moving consumer goods and agriculture, telecommunications and research and development.
Mr Rossiter’s previous positions held were as former Chief Financial Officer for Powertech Pty Ltd, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for Retravision (WA) Ltd. In addition to these roles he held senior finance positions for RGC Ltd and Xanadu Wines Ltd.
Mr Rossiter is a Certified Practicing Accountant, a member of CPA Australia, and holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from Edith Cowan University
