Peter Reed

GROUP MANAGER PEOPLE, CULTURE & SAFETY

Peter has an established background in leadership across the mining and construction industries in large mining houses such as BHP, Rio Tinto, MMG and Newcrest. He specialises in operations as well as support areas such as OHS, Security and Human Resources.

Previous roles have ranged from operational roles through to being a member on large executive teams with a large portion of his recent experience being based overseas and working in diverse and challenging environments.

Peter specialises in development of People and Culture with strong operational discipline with a system driven approach. Previous roles have seen him enable ISO standard qualification for large businesses and is a proven operational leader,  safety leader, risk and change manager.

Peter is a member of the Australian Institute of Safety and holds qualifications in OHS and Management.
