Steph has held senior human resources roles and delivered strategic and sustainable culture change creating value for the organisations she has worked for.

Steph has worked for large multinational organisations in strategic HR roles, partnering with the business to provide end-to-end people solutions and best practice employee experience and culture.

Steph has a Bachelor of Business Administration and Arts- Psychology.
