Recent legislative changes to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) mean there are new options available to shareholders as to how you receive communications from Stealth Global Holdings Limited (Stealth).

• Stealth will no longer be sending paper copies of shareholder meeting documents unless you request a copy to be posted.
• Shareholders can still elect to receive some or all of their communications (such as meeting documents and Annual Reports) in physical or electronic form, or elect not to receive certain documents (such as Annual Reports).

To review or change your communication preferences, including if you wish to receive paper copies of notices of meetings, please go to: https://www-au.computershare.com/Investor/#Home and follow the prompts.  You will need your Security Reference Number (SRN) or your Holden Identification Number (HIN) and your postcode to review or change your preferences.  Both numbers are on your Issuer Sponsored/CHESS statements.

Stealth encourages all shareholders to provide an email address so we can communicate with you electronically when shareholder notices become available online.  Annual Reports and notices of meetings can also be accessed on SGI’s website.
