Recognised for combining strategic clarity with disciplined execution, he has built a reputation for leading complex organisations through change while delivering strong financial and marketplace outcomes.

Carl is an accomplished retail executive with more than 20 years of experience across Australia’s leading consumer brands. He has held senior leadership roles with the Rebel Group and Dick Smith Electronics, where he was instrumental in driving operational performance, customer engagement, and team development.

Brett is an experienced supply chain and procurement leader with more than 30 years of experience across industrial distribution, mining services, heavy equipment, and national multi-branch networks. He has held senior leadership roles within both privately owned and ASX-listed organisations, bringing strong commercial insight and operational discipline to complex supply environments.

Jessica is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with over 15 years of experience across the mining, construction, and automotive industries. Her career includes marketing roles with prominent organisations such as BGC, Volvo Construction Equipment, and AHG.

Natalie is an accomplished People & Culture leader with more than 15 years’ experience across retail, professional services, healthcare and agribusiness. She has led people functions through organisational restructure, HR Information Systems implementation and periods of rapid growth, with specialist capability in employee relations, award compliance and workforce planning.

Jessica is a dedicated marketing and communications professional with over 10 years of experience across a range of industries, including healthcare, employment services, automotive, and industrial sectors.

Philip brings over 10 years of experience leading business systems architecture and digital innovation within large-scale energy and industrial organisations. His expertise spans corporate cyber security, IT strategy, governance, business intelligence, and enterprise process optimisation.
