Carl is an accomplished retail executive with more than 20 years of experience across Australia’s leading consumer brands. He has held senior leadership roles with the Rebel Group and Dick Smith Electronics, where he was instrumental in driving operational performance, customer engagement, and team development.

Carl is known for his hands-on leadership style and ability to lead high-performing teams through change and growth. His passion for operational excellence continues to drive value across the group’s retail operations.
