GENERAL MANAGER PROCUREMENT & INVENTORY

Brett is an experienced supply chain and procurement leader with more than 30 years of experience across industrial distribution, mining services, heavy equipment, and national multi-branch networks. He has held senior leadership roles within both privately owned and ASX-listed organisations, bringing strong commercial insight and operational discipline to complex supply environments.

Specialising in procurement strategy, inventory governance, and working capital optimisation, Brett is focused on strengthening supplier partnerships and building scalable supply chain frameworks that support the Group’s growth ambitions. He has led multi-site teams at state and national levels, driving structured inventory disciplines, improved working capital performance, and system enhancements across enterprise platforms.

Brett holds a Bachelor of Business (Supply Chain & Logistics) and is Six Sigma Green Belt qualified.
