Matthew Green

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Matthew is a qualified Accountant with over 30 years of commercial and finance experience, the majority of which have been in senior roles within both public practice and commercial environments.
Matthew has had broad exposure to both privately owned entities and ASX listed companies with significant turnover and complex revenue streams in the technology, resources and mining sectors including executive positions at oil and gas engineers Worley and mining services company Macmahon. Prior to joining Stealth Group Holdings, Matthew served as Chief Financial Officer of ASX listed IT solutions provider Cirrus Networks Holdings Ltd for nine years.
Through his various roles, Matthew has had significant experience in all aspects of the finance and commercial function across Australia. The roles have covered aspects from compliance, investor relations, treasury management, M&A, process improvement and system implementation. In these roles he has also had significant experience leading, motivating and developing multi discipline teams of qualified and transactional staff and achieved much success in implementing change through structure, process and system.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Tasmania.
